Million by Daniela was born as a hobby and passion for textile and creativity, has grown to wear clothes that nobody has and expanded to the public with the idea of making all women feel beautiful and unique.
It started because I always loved dresses from the 1990s with a full long skirt and highlighted waist however that’s not something easy to find in shops (or are at horrendous prices) so I had to make my own. When worn in public, with admiration or not, they are always noticed and for some reason make me feel confident, courageous, bold, expensive and elegant. The best thing about it is that I make my skirts in quality fabrics such as silk or other silk combination and the variety of colors and patterns are infinite.
Because of the fabric choice, even though they are long, they are very light feeling and cold. And this quality of fabric is rarely found in retail shops like Zara for example, maybe only in high brand stores but those come with a price to match.
Wonderful Wool
I am a filmmaker, designing and creating felted accessories and wearable art. Each is handmade with the utmost care and use only the finest available materials like Merino and different breed sheep's wool, natural fabrics as pure silk, chiffon, linen, satin and decorate with any kind of fibers as silk, viscose, bamboo, nettles, Tencel, and more.
Wool possesses anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities. Also it is an excellent insulator in cold weather, wool breathes when you are warm.
I use very gentle wet felt and Nuno felting techniques. Nuno felted things are very light weighted, soft, breathable, they are alive!
This is a long term process of combining wool with natural fabrics. It made only by hand and soap.
Mostly I create scarves and shawls. Making them for handcrafted lovers, who prefer to wear unique special beautiful accessories which are not in public shops sale, who like be stand out and be most noticeable on any occasion.

Urban Flowers
The founder of Urban Flowers is Cecilia Weiler, she became vegetarian after watching a documentary at age of 12 in a family and a part of Brazil where meat is most consumed (Rio Grande do Sul), and at age of 15 she did not want to wear leather or animal products anymore, so she started buying shoes and other accessories from China, at that time it was uncommon for customers to bring products like that to Brazil, eventually Cecilia got the interest of her friends and starter branding and reselling these products.
Rio Grande do Sul is known as the capital of shoes in Brazil, so it was not too hard to find a person that could actually make the shoes in Brazil. Later on, she met my brother (Patrick Lenz) both of them were at university and at the same time running the online shop, but it was too much to do both so they gave up university and dedicated all their time to Urban Flowers. Upcycle
We are passionate about our planet and we strongly believe that as people we are 100% responsible for protecting our earth and the species that remain on it. In this journey, we realized that the biggest problem was the consumption of one-time plastic in our daily life. Apart from recycling and reducing our consumption, there was a need to find alternatives to our problems. One such area was the overuse of plastic produce bags inside the supermarkets. These bags did not serve any need once we were home and they most likely found their way to the bin.
The statistics based on our usage was shocking. At every visit to the supermarket, we collected an average of at least 10 bags. Which means that we consumed at least 520 bags per year. This got us thinking and we decided to act.
A year ago we started by looking out for various other sustainable options to replace these bags. There was a specific need but now we had to figure out a way to execute it and also to make it available to others. After various... المزيد

My mom is 56 years old. All her life she was working as a music teacher in a kinder garden. Like all other women, she was dreaming about the great future of her family, good husbands for her daughters, and of course about having grandkids.
