We make and sell custom portraits, wall art & handcrafted gifts. We try to use organic and recycled materials in our designs when possible. All items are handmade to order and can be personalized to your requirements.
Its very important to me to use organic or recycled materials in my designs when possible. I have 4 products that I offer currently.
Flower letters:
The client will have the option to select the color of the flowers and frame and the first letter of their child's name. Then I design a letter decorated with foam paper flowers, pearls and gemstones and place it inside a freestanding photo frame.
Beach in a Frame:
I create contemporary abstract artwork by painting the waves and beach and then adding real seashells and pebbles and placing the finished painting in a window frame.
Flower Girl Figurines:
These figurines are created from recycled bottles and are covered with a layer or plaster before I paint them and coat them with a layer of varnish.
Custom Portraits:
The way the portraits work, is the client sends me one or 2 photos of the couple or family they want illustrated and any other details I need to know such as the color scheme and any particular background or object they want included in the illustration. I will then create a black and white draft and send it to the client. Once I get an Ok, I will color and place it in a frame.
My daughter and I love crafts and home décor projects. We started a blog and YouTube channel called The Sandbox Girls to share our crafty ideas, up-cycling projects home decor hacks and fun activities for kids.
